Refunds.

If we charged you for something the product did not do, write to us and we will refund you in full. No form, no fight, no long email chain.

The Forever plan is a one-time payment for a tribute that stays online permanently. We offer a full refund within fourteen days of purchase, for any reason, as long as the tribute has not been publicly shared beyond the people you invited. If it has been shared, we can still refund in clear cases of error on our side.

Monthly plans are not pro-rated. If you cancel halfway through a month you keep access until the end of that month, and there is no partial refund. Annual plans are refundable on a pro-rated basis for the unused portion, minus any payment processing fees Paystack or Flutterwave charge us.

Donations on family-support campaigns are transferred to the family within five working days. Once they are with the family, the money is theirs and we cannot take it back.

If you want to cancel a donation, write to us within forty-eight hours of paying and we will reverse it where the transfer has not yet gone out. After that point, you would need to reach out to the family directly.

Paystack and Flutterwave charge us a processing fee on every payment. That fee is not refundable to us, and we pass it on honestly. The refund you receive may be one to three per cent less than what you paid. We say so in the refund confirmation email.

Email help@celebratethem.ng with the email address you used to pay and the date of the charge. That is all we need.

We reply within two working days. The refund itself takes three to ten working days to show up in your bank account, depending on your bank and the payment method. We will tell you as soon as we have sent it.
